Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that circumstances may occasionally necessitate the cancellation of an order. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below.
Cancellations
Prior to Dispatch
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a 10% transactional fee shall be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations
For cancellations requested after your order has been dispatched, a 30% transactional fee shall apply. In such cases, please refuse the package at the time of delivery. Once our logistics partner confirms the shipment status as RTO (Return to Origin), the cancellation shall be processed and the refund initiated.
Refund Timeline
All eligible refunds shall be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refund Policy
At Sevn, we take immense pride in the quality of our spices. Each shipment undergoes rigorous inspection and careful packaging. However, in rare cases, we support refunds or replacements under the conditions listed below.
Sevn follows a no-return, no-refund policy unless:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item was shipped
Refund Notification Period
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting care@sevnfoods.com.
Refund Documentation Requirements
- Clear photographs or video of the damaged/incorrect product
- Image of the shipping label on the outer package
- Image of the invoice slip inside the package
Conditions for Non-Eligibility
- The product has been opened, used, or consumed
- The product seal is broken or tampered with
- Serial number or batch code has been altered or removed
- The claim is raised after the 24-hour notification window
Upon receipt of the returned product, our quality assurance team shall inspect the item to validate the claim.
- If approved: A refund or replacement will be issued (subject to stock availability)
- If not approved: The claim will be declined and no refund or replacement will be provided
If a replacement is approved but the item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or digital wallet) within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
